I purchased a WORX Snowblower in late 2013 and operated the unit with recommended gauge extension cord. After just three uses, the unit shorted out at the switch control on the handle. It completely burned off the cord coming from the unit going to the extension cord. I called WORX and they sent a replacement. I used it three times after that and then again this year three times. I recd things I didnt want. Called they were to send labels. They changed my address and had sent to wrong place. Called again and as of a week ago I still dont hv the label. They are liars. I cannt get credit til they get it back. yes I am pissed. Add comment

Website shows replacement spools but can't order -- Canada site......how to order or have we been had? Would like to hear from company......no contact by e-mail. Phone only----and not toll free! I called on a Saturday and ordered the aerocart and trimmer, using the payment installments. I was told it would ship on Mon or Tues. I looked at my bank account on Monday and saw they charged me 39.99, 53.01, and 212.00. I tried to call right away but their crappy customer service isn't open til 9. Ordered the Aerokart cart for my husbands birthday on July 9 2014 and I paid extra for faster shipping and I have yet to get it . I was sent an email onJuly 16 saying my address wasn't right. Ordered the JawSaw for my husband for Christmas 2013. Just tried to use the "extension" this past weekend and low and behold, we were sent an extension for a paint roller!! I have had two worx trimmers, thinking the first one was a problem, (which it was)So I decided after a $100+ loss, I'd try the NEW and Improved 20v. lithium battery one, and guess what..that only lasted for a while.
