I ordered online PN WA-0234 & I received WA-0232 & I can't replaced it. I tried calling their number but it takes forever for them to answer it. I wanted to write to them about my issue but they don't have an email or physical address. Customer service is no good. Don't buy anything from them. Add comment

Ordered trimmer "spools for life" no wonder! You need to lengthen the string literally every 30 seconds! Cheapest string ever! At this rate I'll go through 3 spools in 2hours. Life is about 2 days. Very frustrating. Will never buy a word too again. Add comment

Used the tool 4 times over two years. Now it can run for less than a minut. Worx apears to be used to the problems: below a paste from ther web page, unfortunately my model is not covered. Worx® offer a unique ‘battery for life’ concept on all NiCd batteries. If your batteries are not performing as well as they should be then send them back to Worx and a replacement NiCd battery will be sent out... Read more

I would plug it into the wall, for the time the company request and nothing, this was a big waste of my money and time, this product should have been tested for a longer time before being sold, all it does now is take up space on my walls. I wish I could have done at least my very small yard fence, its only a 60 foot run, these batteries sucks down the power from the wall, but that's about all it... Read more

I bought one of these because I was sick and tired of messing with mixing the gas and oil on my Ryobi and thought that this thing would be the answer but BOY was I wrong. this this has no power, short battery life. have a 120' x 80' lot and have to charger battery THREE times (which takes up to 3 or 4 hours) to get the job done. and if you have to replace the battery it cost almost as much as a... Do not leave your number because they won't call back and they sell it to 3rd party for constant harrassing sales call even though i am on no call list. Worst mistake i have ever made in retail sale. Had to change credit card... Read more

Tried to order my first set of 6 free (lifetime spools) and the shipping and processing [they call it] was $51.72. The weight on this package should not even be $5.00 for what they pay for mass shipping with carriers. Can you believe this price...crazy???? I would never buy this product again knowing this ponzi scheme, and you can be sure I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I... Read more

This is a bad tool to own...it does not work even remotely as per the tv ad....the vacuum is sub standard, the "blower" is difficult to maneuver where you want it....the machine is poorly engineered and when (if) the bag gets full it becomes off balance....do not buy this tool. I saw the ad on TV and got excited as I believed it would save me considerable time in gathering leaves, blowing out... Read more

Ordered your leaf vac lady fall. I wrte you on the difficulty, may I say impossible , to remove the leaf bag for emptying . I encountered the same problem again today. I'm not sure any woman other than an Amazin could do so. Emptying the bag while it is still attached is very difficult . I suggested some sort of lever release might be preferable . Too late to help me but would help other... Read more
