Ordered the Aerokart cart for my husbands birthday on July 9 2014 and I paid extra for faster shipping and I have yet to get it . I was sent an email onJuly 16 saying my address wasn't right. I have since sent 3 emails confirming my address. Haven't heard anything back yet. When I call customer service all I get is automated service. What the heck ? I am very unhappy about this and I feel... Read more

Ordered the JawSaw for my husband for Christmas 2013. Just tried to use the "extension" this past weekend and low and behold, we were sent an extension for a paint roller!! This extension is simply a pole with a screw adapter on the end. How in the world - why in the world did anyone send this piece of junk to us?? I should have checked the extension when it finally arrived the middle of... Read more

It is sad to say this will be first and last time I attempt to order anything from WORX/Positec Tool Corporation. I ordered my Worx Aerocart on June 22 2014 on the internet. I received my order confirmation via email almost instantly. I then waited for the cart to arrive. After 2 weeks and no cart. I tried yes I said tried to contact someone in customer service (after being on hold for 3 hours... Read more

I have had two worx trimmers, thinking the first one was a problem, (which it was)So I decided after a $100+ loss, I'd try the NEW and Improved 20v. lithium battery one, and guess what..that only lasted for a while. Not able to charge it, I thought it was the charger. Then I was told, it must be the battery.. Sound confusing?? So..I bought another battery. That too, decided to be unchargeable.... Read more

I'm having the same issue with the battery not charging. Worx has now disconnected their toll free 800 number. Not good for the consumers. Add comment

I have two worx. I have the WA3152 and the WA3512. Neither of these will hold a charge when they have been fully charged. I might get 1-2 minutes out of them. Add comment

The string mechanism on the weeder just feel out and string went everywhere. I have called numerous times to WORX as well as emailed. I let them know its still under Warranty and provided them the product number they said could replace if I paid 20.00 shipping. I told them I paid enough money for a weeder that is still under warranty and noone seems to want to correct the issue without trying to... Read more

Bought the WG708E for my Niece to cut the small lawn whilst we caravanned around Europe. After five or six uses and the electric motor flashed, smoked and stopped. As just over a year Worx said it was out of guarantee. They also informed me that they did not keep any spares fot the machine. After 6 months of telephoning they offered to repair and arranged collection. This was over 3 months ago. ... Read more
