Unable to stop a shipment that I ordered. Called supervisor and told it was shipped...but confirmed with Fed Ex it wasn't. Worx refused to cancel the order and was totally uncooperative. I was toldby Attorney General's Office in S. Carolina they need an address to file complaint. Worx has a PO Box. Unable to file a complaint. Add comment

Very disappointed in my new trimmer and Worx! I upgraded hoping to have a better unit the auto feed and manual feed would not work they put you on hold and pretend to go to whse and get a unit to discuss together well that is BS mine was missing a spring so they sent a new unit and said they would send a fedx shipping label for return I have never rec label by mail at my request after a period of time I will be charged for 2 units. the second... Worx - Replacement Battery

I ordered a new battery for my mower and they shipped a charger for a different battery then they shipped a the right battery but it arrived damaged then they shipped the wrong battery and now the right battery came and it was damaged again. I tried to call them and the message is they open at 8 am EST on Saturdays. That is 9 am today as of 930 am they still say they are closed and to call back after 8am EST. Did not get a full refund when i returned my products in a timely manner. They held back a major chunk of my refund. NEVER buy from Worx again! Read more

120 blower not worth the price. My old electric craftmans did a much better job. Very dissatisfied. Add comment

Have bought 2 weedeaters and 1 blower. Tools are good. Weedeaters are great but batteries arent worth a ***. They wont hold a charge and only good for a couple of minutes at most. Have tried calling to get batteries exchanged. All they want to do is sell me new batteries and string. String is cheap and wears out fast. Customer support is non existent. Calls go through one automation to another. Never got to talk to a real person. Read more

Bought the tool in April 2013. Last summer the zipper broke and I called customer service. They replaced the bag. This summer the zipper broke in exactly the same place. Again called customer service and they wanted to charge $21.99 for the bag. I said since there was a 2 year warranty and I got a new bag last year, why would there be a charge. She said the bag is not covered under the warranty and it was replaced last year as a courtesy. I only... Read more

I have had some problems with the 20v max batteries recharging fully after only a year of light use. I have been buying worx products for a long time but looks like its time to switch to another product since battery replacements are so expensive since now there are other manufactures of battery operated *** whackers and blowers.
