Tried to order my first set of 6 free (lifetime spools) and the shipping and processing [they call it] was $51.72. This is a bad tool to own...it does not work even remotely as per the tv ad....the vacuum is sub standard, the "blower" is difficult to maneuver where you want it....the machine is poorly engineered and when (if) the bag gets full it becomes off balance....do not buy this tool. Ordered your leaf vac lady fall. I wrte you on the difficulty, may I say impossible , to remove the leaf bag for emptying . I encountered the same problem again today. I'm not sure any woman other than an Amazin could do so. Emptying the bag while it is still attached is very difficult . I suggested some sort of lever release might be preferable . I purchased a WORX Snowblower in late 2013 and operated the unit with recommended gauge extension cord. After just three uses, the unit shorted out at the switch control on the handle. It completely burned off the cord coming from the unit going to the extension cord. I called WORX and they sent a replacement. I used it three times after that and then again this year three times. I recd things I didnt want. Called they were to send labels. They changed my address and had sent to wrong place. Called again and as of a week ago I still dont hv the label. They are liars. I cannt get credit til they get it back. yes I am pissed. Add comment

I called on a Saturday and ordered the aerocart and trimmer, using the payment installments. I was told it would ship on Mon or Tues. I looked at my bank account on Monday and saw they charged me 39.99, 53.01, and 212.00. I tried to call right away but their crappy customer service isn't open til 9. Ordered the Aerokart cart for my husbands birthday on July 9 2014 and I paid extra for faster shipping and I have yet to get it . I was sent an email onJuly 16 saying my address wasn't right.
