Put in an order for additional batteries and additional spools of string on the 19th of April 2017. As of today the 6th of May 2017 still no products in my mail box. I've contacted them on the 3rd of May where they promised me my products to be delivered no later than the 5th of May 2017. Excuses excuses excuses.... UNSAT!
