Bought the 40 volt cordless weed eater and started smoking, burned up the motor after only 5 full charges. They discontinued that product. While the weed eater was still working, it worked great so I bought a chainsaw. After1st recharge, the bolt that holds the bar on broke out of the plastic housing. It's useless now too. A1 1/2" limb ! I did not register either of them so it's my loss. I would not recommend worx and will warn people about them.Don't buy it!

I purchased several 20 Volt garden tool products and went to register the warranty Saturday via the internet. I attempted to open an account and then to activate their warranties. After several failed attempts I called CS and after a 25 on hold was offered a 24hour call back option.

Ordered two string covers ... they were shipped... but my free string spools were not Problem not resolved... finally... got ahold of a live person... rather than the automated service... it was taken care of with speed as I told her I was not satisfied with their customer service... very polite and helpful... Now my spools are finally being shipped Happy

Please specify which one you have, as well as the length of time that you have owned it.

2.What is the model number of your battery, beginning with WA?

3.When you put the battery on the charger, do you see a red light? Yes or No?

4.If yes to above, is the red light solid or flashing?

5.When you have the charger plugged in, with no battery attached what light do you see?

6.Alright, once your battery is fully charged, you will see a solid green light. I need to know how long your WORX Product lasts when the battery is fully charged.

7.Please provide the serial number of your battery. You will find this number on the bottom of your battery.

It is 12 digits long and starts with two-zero.

8.Provide your physical address where you receive US Postal Service, and also your contact phone number?

I bought a mower from Worx in March of 2021, it worked for a few months then it just stopped working completely after a few months. I called the company and told me that It will be 10 business days before I receive a return label, while I did get a replacement mower quickly, I never received the return label for the defective mower.
