I called to get a battery generated for my saw but there was no support. I need that service so I can use my wood saw. Ive used the saw for many years and it has been great.

I have several Worx products and have gifted some to family members. I had a new battery still in the box that I had never put into service because of having several others already in use.

When I decided to put the new battery to work it would not recharge or operate after being used. The was dated 2018 but had never been used. Ive learned not to order batteries with all my new purchases and wait to purchase batteries after the ones that I currently have stop working.

Also learned to periodically to use all of my batteries to keep them alive. Didnt realize that they would become useless sitting in the box.
