I ordered four 20V batteries that come 2 batteries in a pack. I only got 1 pack in my mail order.

There is no email to notify Worx of the error. You can only call a phone number to report the problem. I called the number and had a very pleasant customer service rep who took my info and within 5 minutes said "your order is being sent and should be received in 7-10 days".

It was great! Just make the call.

My WORX Lawn Trimmer had a part that was broken. I called Customer Service, and talked to Christina Nedrow of WORX.

She was so helpful and nice. She was very patient in trying to help me find the part number, etc.. She then gave me a suggestion of what to do and to get back to her on her email at WORX. I did what she told me and she went the extra mile to help make the issue go away and me feel happy with WORX.

If anyone ever has problem and gets Christina at WORX Customer Service you will be treated like no other customer service department has treated you. Hats off to the company for having such a GREAT employee as Christina.

I recently purchased close to 500.00 in tools from your company delivered last week. I called a customer service rep yesterday to help me because i must of hit the tool only option with the fan unit and I wanted the complete set for 99.00.
But she was not helpful in resolving my question , she was not able to work out a solution for a basic request...to see if i could get the battery and charger for my fan unit.
She said she could offer me 20 % of the battery pack...terrible solution...when i could get it kit for 99 total with fan.

I didnt want to have to return the unit just to reorder...your customer service people need to learn to help us solve with least inconvenience especially due to the fact i must of clicked the non kit order by accident.
This shows me alot for any future orders that I now probably will not be doing. Disappointed in your company just because of total amount I invested in your company and this is the return resolution of no good customer service.
Remember the customers are why you achieve success in your services...

The girl at customer service this time was excellent but earlier this spring the guy I talk to was not I’ve had several works weedeaters they’re great. I love them the first one I used for almost 4 years and never had any trouble too. It started acting up the motor and off so I bought a new one and now this is the third time I’ve had to order a line cutter And the guy in the spring gave me a real hard time saying that’s a wearable part I said that’s one of the few metal parts on it and then he told me well it’s back ordered will take care of you this time but no more so when I talk to the girl the other day She told me the same thing it’s a wearable part , but I’m gonna take care of you. Oh, but it’s on back order I said well that tells you one thing it’s not a wearable part it’s not customer error . It’s a manufacturing defect and because of this, I don’t know if I’ll buy another works product again , the guy across the street from a used his commercially and in three years he burned up three of them they sent three brand new ones to the guy . All I want is a damn little l line cutter with a screw and she says well it comes with the guard Which it should not that means to manufacturing defect that they have never fixed.
