Unhappy
- - Worx has strong products, but accessories aren’t.
- - Edger/weedeater line breaks; .065 in is recommended.
- - Support was unhelpful, but I’d still use Worx.
I feel that Worx makes some of the best products, but the accessories are not up to par. Although I have St.
Augustine grass, the line on my edger/weedeater should not constantly break. I am concerned about using stronger line, as the .065 inch is the line recommended for my model.
So, I was not happy with response I received, which did not really help, but I would still use the Worx products.

Resolved: Line cutter blade

just needed a line cutter blade, had to order the protective cover in order to get the blade. shipping charge was almost the cost of the part.
Website offered very little information about replacement parts. Worx tools are very good and are inexpensive, but if something goes wrong, don't expect much help from the website for replacement parts.
All I needed was the blade to cut the line, I got no help from your website in trying to find it. I finally found a phone number to call.
The representative was very helpful, but informed me that I couldn't buy just the blade, I had to buy the whole cover shield. Cost of shield was $11, and shipping was $10, so I included free line spools to cover cost of shipping.

Yes, my name is Ron McClearen I have got a lawnmower WG751.3 that Im trying to get parts for and if I wouldve bought it new I did buy the shoes. They said they would send me a new part but they do not have parts available for me to buy very very sad.

Worx 4V Electric Screwdriver, Rechargeable Cordless Power Screwdriver Set with 6 Bits, Screw Holder, Charger - WX255L. I received it on 5/15/26.
I just tried to use it today because I was waiting on the freezer door seal to use this. The seal arrived today. The unit does not work... it was charged for more than 12 hrs. (green light is on). The light comes on, but the driver will not turn. I have tried all troubleshooting advised on your site, and still, the driver will not turn... the unit is not in a locked position, the top sliding piece is secure, and the light to see what you are working on is on. There is no clicking noise. Without exaggeration, I have at least a dozen Worx products in my garage and have never had an issue. Please do the right thing and send me a new unit that does not have a mechanical issue. I appreciate your help.

Im no longer pissed. They stopped my order.
I wish that they would have a person to speak to instead of filling out forms online. Im a senior citizen and I prefer to speak with someone in customer service and not AI dealing with any company.

I found the same product with additional items included for the same price
I was unable to speak with someone because their business was closed due to the timing of my calls and they aren’t open on weekends. I was going out of town and wanted to handle my business affairs before leaving.
I saw what I wanted on Worx and then I went on my Amazon account and found what I needed with additional products included for the same price.

Hedge trimmer is not working properly
- - The hedge trimmer stops when moved in any direction.
- - The handle detaches when trying to move it.
- - It looks nice but does not work well.
My son bought a new hedge trimmer and it doesnt work well when you move it in any direction it stops altogether.when you try to move the handle around to make contact the whole handle falls off but it sure looks nice and you would think it would work but it doesnt work very well and it really makes you frustrated that I paid that much money for a product that doesnt deliver well
