Ordered the Aerokart cart for my husbands birthday on July 9 2014 and I paid extra for faster shipping and I have yet to get it .I was sent an email onJuly 16 saying my address wasn't right.

I have since sent 3 emails confirming my address. Haven't heard anything back yet. When I call customer service all I get is automated service. What the heck ?

I am very unhappy about this and I feel I should get my extra shipping cost refunded because I haven't received the product.Sincerely Melinda Evans
