Wasted good money on this product. The first battery stayed charged for 15 minutes and went bad after just two weeks.

They did send me a new battery which again held a charge for 15 minutes. Now they are playing games with me.

They claimed they would send me a new charger because now they are saying that the charger must be a problem but they never did and when I call back to question them they disconnect me. They advertise that you can trim around three or four football fields on one charge...baloney....15 minutes...can you run around four football fields in fifteen minutes...can you trim while running...These people need to be shut down and made to return the money they stole...I for one am tired of scams and ripoffs.

Monetary Loss: $140.

Yeah I agree, the battery life really sucks on this thing. Otherwise it's a pretty good product...but the power/batt life is so crucial, so it really hurts.

I've gone thru several batts and they just don't last. Power capacity starts diminishing right away.

You are so right. They ship to you for free and when you tell them that the battery did not hold a charge and that "it does not work at all".

I was informed when I bought it that the smaller battery would be fine and that if i started trimming and that it would die after 20 mintues throw it in the charger and in another 15 mintues that it would be charged again. Well waiting over 2 hours and more I had had it. When I called the cs ep. told me that that is what happens on the first 5 charges.

i told them that my electric one works better you can return it but then they deduct the shipping charges.

Save your money.

It is awkard and does not do the job it states that it does.

I have gone through three batteries in two seasons. Total running time for any of the batteries before going bad, two hours maximum.

They cost an excessive amount and are garbage from China. I would be more satisfied with a unit that took eight AA batteries.

:( All of the above is correct. DON'T BUY!

You'll be sorry!

I have the 24 volt one. Keep your money

I sure agree with evetyone. I went through three batteries when I first got the trimmer and finally got one that worked all of lat season.

I used it once this season now it won't charge again.

What a piece of junk. My recomendation to anyone DON"T BUY FROM WORX

AAAAAHHGGGG. These Batteries are horrible.

The unit is great it does a good job and is super light weight.

You jusst cant do the yard at one whack cause the battery does not last. Mine is hold a 25 SECOND charge after 24 hours of charging.

I wish I would have checked on consumer feedback prior to buying the Worx Lithium battery edger/trimmer as well! Everything written by Anonymous is exactly word for word the same problem I am experiencing.

I purchased the product thinking I could do this to assist my husband w/grass chores. The edger worked great the first and second time. Then the batteries would not hold a charge, even after letting them cool down. I too was offered a 2nd set of batteries.

Same problem, only they did not even work as long as the first set! Again, they offered me a new charger and battery set. Never received it. For the price my husband is so disgusted with me for spending that kind of money.

We bought it last spring with all of the infomercials. Hope someone reads this too and won't buy this product!!

Spent 265.00 for everything. What a scam!
